Pizza arrived more than ten minutes earlier than estimated time frame, and the delivery driver generously delivered our pizza straight to our hotel room door! Talk about customer service! This was a great experience and we appreciated the very kind delivery driver who delivered our pizza about 45 minutes before they closed. Keep up the good work!!
Great pizza. One of the best I ever had. I used a corporate card and the receipt did not make it with delivery. I called and they sent me a copy to my phone. What a great staff. Thanks Donotos!!
Updated: I had the new Bakery Crust pizza for the first - and last - time. The crust was overcooked and dry and the toppings were sparse. (See update below). My wife and I ate one slice each, scraped the toppings off another piece each and ate only the toppings, and threw the rest in the garbage. This was the worst pizza I have ever had at Donato’s.
