Horrible customer service. I wish I would have read the many other negative reviews on here before ordering. Sent me a burnt up black cinnamon bread, I called asking for a refund since it’s freaking expensive to order food there and she gave me all these excuses of why she couldn’t refund my money and how it would take until Monday to call “accounting”. It’s Wednesday. Why would it take 5 days to give me my money back?? She said she closed all her drawers? Hard to believe...read full review
Terrible experience at your Anderson twp store on Beechmont Ave. Ridiculously long wait time (over an hour more than estimated) and undercooked food. I even messaged you about it and filled out the online feedback but no response. Based on the Google reviews I am not the only one with problems with this store.
But now I am a happy and loyal Domino's customer!
