Very disappointed. I ordered a simple hot chicken sub after being ignored for about 5 minutes… All good! Things happen… waited in the store for over 30 minutes. Walked back to my hotel to eat and there was 3 small nuggets of chicken on burnt bread. I just threw it in the trash. Employees in the store were talking about how none of the to delivery orders are labeled so they plan to just drop off and hope for the best 🤦🏻♂️ What a dump

This is the worst customer service that I have experienced. We placed three orders 24 hrs ahead of time and paid for it. The first delivery was 1 hr late and the delivery driver watched our employee walk past him and called me to find out where he was going instead of asking if they were there with a cart to pick up Donotos pizza. Second order we called two hours before it was to be delivered and asked to adjust the toppings and add an additional pizza. The girl kept telling...read full review
