Went to pick up my order, waited 5-8 minutes before anyone even helped me, just to say it would be at least 20 more minutes! I saw at least 3 to 4 employees in the back so staffing was not the issue. I left and will not be back

I was there for 2 hours waiting for a pepperoni with banana peppers. They had a crowd and no one got their pizza on time. Very disappointed. Never going there again.

Today outside of the Donatos in Rookwood on Madison Road, a young man approached me asking me to buy him food. I offered to order him a pizza from the Donatos - when we walked in, we were immediately told that security was going to be called and that we needed to leave. The MANAGER told me that I was being scammed by the young boy and he stated he would not be serving him any food. I think I am confused, as I was a paying customer who was looking to purchase a pizza for a hungry young man. Not a scam, not looking for anything free. Imagine turning away a PAYING customer ordering something from your business and telling them NO because you don't want to help feed a hungry child? Do better, Donatos! Hire humans with at least a sense of humanity and maybe some customer service.

My order was wrong. I didn’t receive half of it and what I did receive have sausage on it, so we could not eat any of it because our family does not eat pork. No one answers the phone at this location. I have tried for 3 days to get in contact with some one about this

Ordered at 930pm was there at arrival time @ 941pm. Waited until 1020 for them to tell me my order hasn't even been started yet. I had to get a refund. Well probably never be back to this one. Could have at least told me at 941pm when my order was supposed to be ready that it hadn't been stated yet.

Wow! Was very impressed with the crew after their POS system went down this evening. They were limited in what they could do but they put the customer first and allowed me to enjoy my pizza! Thank you

I requested lite sauce it had extra and I also asked for mushrooms, onion, banana peppers & spinach, there is a lack of spinach. The brick & mortar was unkempt with dirty tables as well as no one at the register to greet customers.

Staff was dazed/confused/lost upon my arrival.We ordered take out as we were hungry and in a rush!Forgot to chk order before leaving only to find cold pizza w/deep burn marks across top of cheese & pepp. Paid $20. for a hot honey pepp.pizza & this was what they gave us! RIDICULOUS & NEVER going back to this location!

The delivery driver on 3/1 for the night shift (11:00pm) decided to NOT deliver our pizza. To preface… we left a 20% tip over the phone when ordering the pizza. We paid AND tipped over the phone PRIOR to receiving the pizza.The delivery driver called twice. I will agree, we should have answered the call considering we were expecting a delivery, but we did not because of the amount of potential spam calls we get.After 2 missed calls our delivery driver decided to LEAVE for the night with OUR pizza? Are you serious? If we were tipping at the door I would understand, because they deserve our tip. But we PRE-TIPPED!!!! So instead of leaving the pizza (like DoorDash would) the driver just took our pizza and went home.When we called they told us that the delivery person already clocked out. Honestly it was so frustrating and I still can’t believe the driver decided to just go home with our pizza. We then had to wait for donatos to submit our order through DoorDash. It took 2-3 hours to get our SINGLE 1-TOPPING pizza.I will say… once we FINALLY received our pizza, it was very good! Tasted fresh and overall yummy. They’d be getting a much better review if our original driver didn’t do us so dirty.

ordered 6 piece boneless wings bbq sauce the chicken pieces were very little like baby sized bites so I sent them back asked for a refund it had more sauce than meat I was very disappointed ? for $6.99 no way.Parking: Parking is kinda tight

Ordered online for delivery. Estimated delivery: 6:35pm. 7:00pm I called and they didn’t answer. At 8:12pm they answered and said they’re waiting for a driver to pick up? They confirmed they have the right phone number, too. Did not get order at all. Disappointing and frustrating.
