Mike, Mike, Mike….. if this gets to someone above Mike’s pay grade, give him a raise, a store, whatever he wants. Customer service 10/10, fighting for the stores income 10/10, being able to overcome objections 10/10. This location is ran by a very professional and experienced worker so anything going out will be excellent and managed properly.
