A couple of weeks ago I picked up our take out order to get it home and find it was not prepared well at all. I was very disappointed and phoned the store the next day. The general manager, Frank, answered and was extremely understanding and apologetic for our experience. He went above and beyond to make it right. We ordered again this evening and it was the donatos pizza I know and love! I even got to meet Frank in person and thank him for treating us so well and making it right....
The truth is that I don't understand why there are bad comments. I love the pizzas from Donnatos, the pizzas have always given me heartburn and since I have been listening and eating the pizzas from Donnatos I have had no stomach discomfort and the truth is I love them, their mix of flavours, and the bread for me and my family is the , Better.
