The service and food at this location has gone down so much over the past 6/8 mi the. We order Dunkin a lot, 95% of the time it’s the same few items. But when you order a half dozen donuts(6 chocolate w/sprinkles and 6 glazed) and you happen to be out of what I ordered please tell the customer upon pickup or write on the box you were out. I would have picked a different selection. This is Not toddler approved

I had a free reward on my app and used it on a matcha. I frequently get matcha from so many other places. They did not mix it in at all it was just straight milk. I am a barista myself and understand matcha is hard to mix in but this is just laziness. No matcha should ever be served that is this light. I was already having a bad day and this just made it worse. I tried to mix it myself but i couldn't and ended up dumping out the ice. Which, by the way, the drink is 90% ice. I just wish they had cared about me enough as a customer to look at that drink and saw it shouldn't be served. I looked up pictures of Dunkin matcha and it isn't supposed to look like this either. I chose to go to Biggby instead which is right down the road and got a better one.

I personally love this DD. Watching these employees running around like crazy try to fill your low fat, iced mocha, no whip cold brew double shot of espresso hazelnut with just a splash of whipped cream chocolate swirl and caramel. Do you really think that happens in 2 seconds? No, they have a ton of customers coming through. Leave earlier for your job. Here's an idea, go inside to order the fancy drinks and loads of donuts if you want it correct get your a** out of the car and go in. I applaud you DD employees. You are doing an amazing job Very much appreciated
I went through drive through and ordered a sandwich and loaded tots- what I received was a breakfast wrap and two mini bagels. I tried calling several times and received no answer. I went through the drive through a few days later and told them what happened. They admitted they don’t answer their phone and did nothing to address my wrong order. When I told them twice what happened- they treated me like I was trying to scam them out of food. I left without any compensation for their mistake. Make sure to check your order before you drive off cause they will do nothing to fix it here.

I have been through this drive through 6 times in the past month. Today will be the last. First time, latte was disgusting and taste of burnt coffee, turned around walked in and they remade it right. Ext time got avocado toast with bacon, get my toast no bacon, the next time was the same, the 4th time they got my order right, last Thursday ordered toast got no bacon and today I ordered toast without bacon because I wouldn’t get the bacon anyway and an order of snackin bacon and got 4 pieces that are burnt. Tried to call this time because this many mistakes is ridiculous and let the phone ring for 3 minutes with no answer.

This is probably the worst Dunkin around, they are rude, slow, like around the building all day everyday, they do not listen to what you tell them you want, you say extra and you get less, you say less you get more, it’s ridiculous when ppl stuck in the drive through have ppl that are going in the store order and deliver it to their car while in line?!??!?? That’s sad when customers are grabbing other customers orders!
