I always liked Dunkin because it’s close and convenient. I’ve been going to this location for almost a year now. I order the same thing every time and usually it’s pretty good but there are more and more times where it’s inconsistent. And sometimes I don’t get what I asked for (extra pump of flavor or extra ice so it won’t melt quickly and water the coffee down). There’s always always someone new at the window which really sometimes slows things down to where you’re waiting 15-20 minutes in the drive through. Today I went and my iced coffee looks like it was half drank almost… why not fill it up fully.. I don’t understand. It might be time to go across the street to Bigby instead.. or any other coffee shop.

The problems with this store stem from the women ā€œmanagingā€ this place. If you’ve been in there, you know who I’m talking about. Not only do I end up waiting 20 mins in the store after I placed an online order 10 mins prior, but 9 times out of town the order is wrong. But that isn’t the biggest issue. On multiple occasions, I watch that women disrespect her employees. The way she speaks to them is disgusting. She barks at them and the tone of her voice is so out of line and unacceptable. I would encourage anyone who frequents that store to report her to upper management. I can’t even comprehend how she got that job. But no one deserves to be spoken to the way she speaks to people. Side note: go into the Dunkin app and get yourself a refund for your coffee that is surely is not correct. She doesn’t deserve a dime of our money for the way she acts and treats people.

This location is so busy that they cant keep up. I frequent the North bend location. They don't acknowledge people when they enter for mobile orders and they just keep making orders while they have a line of individuals waiting for there order. Arent you trying to get them out. You have to ask for your cold coffee or incorrect coffee. I ordered a hot decaf yesterday and they didnt have when I got there to get my order why dont you its mobile and there was a time selection. Today they gave a me a latte instead of coffee. I spend my money here to much for the inconsistent workers to not know what good customer service is.....

There is zero reason why, for two days in a row, I put in an online order drive ten minutes to the shop, and have to wait another 15 minutes for a drink while.i watch the drive through get theirs in under two. No reason.

Far too busy and no space for drive-thru line to form. We were there for only a few minutes, witnessed several near-misses and one collision before deciding this was not a safe place for traffic.

Love this dunkin. Staff works really hard and they do a good job. As hectic as it gets, but still nice staff.
Drive Thru and parking are always a mess. I usually park over in the shopping center lot and walk up to the store. I use the app and my food is usually sitting waiting for me.
