The young lady waiting on me accidently dropped the donut, which was the last of its kind, on the floor. She offered to buy me a different kind of donut because of it and pay out of her own pocket. Which was extremely sweet.

Ordered a latte with butter pecan. Listed on cup, however no butter pecan. Very warm and very very strong. Seemed like old coffee was used that had been sitting for hours. And this was 1st thing in the morning....What a shame.

The donuts are horrible. It’s like eating cardboard. Buying them at 8am and they still taste like and have the texture something made a day ago. No wonder they took away the “donuts” from the Dunkin name.

Order was completely wrong like they were just rushing around as well when it was given to me is was quite literally overflowing & dripping down the side (pretty messy honestly), I got what was supposed to be frozen Carmel coffee which had no Carmel or sweetener which was asked for . They should try focusing on Quality over quantity.
