I went through the drive-thru, and the first thing I noticed was that the employee didn’t even greet me. Instead of a simple “hello,” they just said, “go ahead.” I ordered a hot coffee with sugar, but I was given a coffee with no sugar. I feel that the customer service could definitely be improved — employees should be more friendly, greet customers properly, and maintain a positive attitude with a smile when serving.

Rude workers!!! Asked for milk with our order to drink, paid and was given receipt. They handed us the the milk, as you can not get it yourself from the fridge in the dining area since its locked!! Hard to steal from a LOCKED fridge!! An Indian man came yelling at my family and acused us of stealing!! Bad customer service!! Especially when they made the mistake and forgot to charge us for the milk they handed us!! I Would give 0 stars! DO NOT GO HERE!! Felt so uncomfortable in there with them all watching us eat! We were told we could only stay 30mins!! Not a friendly atmosphere at all!!

Sugar should be mixed in if a customer requests an iced coffee. There was way too much sugar from the very first sip. Traffic also is hectic. I got stuck on a PC of concrete leaving the drive through bc a car almost hit me coming into the entrance.

Ordering was made easy through the kiosk and the staff were very quick and polite with our order. We got hash browns and bagel bites which were surprisingly excellent!

This is the best location, hands-down in Cincinnati. I don’t care if it’s a line of 30 people they will wait on and have you out of the line in less than 60 seconds… everyone is always pleasant, smiling & helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone.You tell the owner really cares about customers and really cares about his employees because it shows with the service. Thank you to all the workers for making my morning go fast and making sure I’m on time when I have to run quickly to get coffee and go to work.
