The donuts used to be really fresh here, but it seems if I go thought the drive through I get what seems like day old donuts and my coffee is never filled like it used to be just a ltttle past 3/4 full. When I go inside it is not much better.

the coffee was made fresh for me and staff was friendly i gave a 4 because of cleanliness and there was no soap in the restroom and an employee came out before i went in and noticed no soap so i hope he washed his hands behind the

Do not go. Latte requested with almond milk. Told `already made with whole milk`, like here it is, it`s your`s, NO offer to correct!Also ordered hot pumpkin spice, given iced, took forever for hot coffee.Madhouse, confusion, order wrong, total chaos, overpriced for service/Wrong orders!!!

Dunkin?I guess we are not longer calling it Dunkin Donuts?Anyway, I love donuts just like everyone does, now we can have hot breakfast sandwiches along with our coffee and donuts.I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese muffin, coffee, and two double glazed chocolate donuts.Delicious.

The past few months when I’ve come to this Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve had such a good experience–whether it was ordering inside or going through the drive-thru. The staff has been so kind and my mobile app orders have always been well-prepared and ready when I showed up. I’ve never been given a wrong order or anything like that since this new staff/ownership changed at this store. A few years back I used to avoid this location due to the bad customer service, but I’m glad to see it has turned around!Parking: Gets busy so a lot of people park next door in the McDonald’s parking lot
