Mixed experience here. On one hand, the service was incredibly fast and they actually got the order correct, which I appreciated. However, the person working the drive-thru was extremely rude and acted like they couldn't wait for me to leave. I’m glad I got my food quickly, but a little basic politeness would go a long way.

Sugar should be mixed in if a customer requests an iced coffee. There was way too much sugar from the very first sip. Traffic also is hectic. I got stuck on a PC of concrete leaving the drive through bc a car almost hit me coming into the entrance.

This is the best location, hands-down in Cincinnati. I don’t care if it’s a line of 30 people they will wait on and have you out of the line in less than 60 seconds… everyone is always pleasant, smiling & helpful.
