I got to Dunkin Donuts at 8:03a, my order was placed at 8:10 per my receipt. I ordered one box of Joe. I did not receive my coffee until 8:27a! No apology, no friendly customer service experience... nothing! It's was a mad house! Either hire more people... or consider a numbering system.
