I waited for 1/2 hour at the drive thru. ordered a 16 pc. family meal. ordered fries, mac and chees and red beans with no rice. when I got to the window. I was told they had just given away the last order of beans, and that I could order another side. I doubled up on Mac and cheese. they handed me my order and when I got home I had 2 containers of Mac and cheese one container of nothing but rice, and zero fries. The Mac and cheese was so runny. I waited FORTY FIVE MINUTES for my order and it was missing 5 sides 😡
Ordered a 3 piece spicy tender, and received what looked like 1 tender a 2 nuggets! Still hungry after my visit, not planning on returning and will detour anyone I can away from there. It’s a shame cause I really like Popeyes chicken and rarely have had bad service or food.
