Worst experience. My large order was messed up completely. Side dish was spoiled. Threw them away. store did not fix used to love this restaurant. Will not go back.

I went to this location today at 2:19pm which I occasionally do on Sunday's and the food was really awful and the cashier asked me how much money should I get back from the cash that I had given him! I get a family meal with extra side which is now quite expensive. The chicken that I received today had been overcooked, very dry, and apparently been laying there for a little while. I just had time after a very long and busy day to call the store and I talked with a manager who told me that she wasn't there at the time so too bad. Not an apology, not a kiss my $%#^, not a let me give you some free biscuits, nothing. I will not be going back to that store again. They have lost a good customer.

Bad experience with one in Eastgate a few months back. Manager got there and was supposed to be open. When she got in someone did cone to speaker. Poor girl was trying hard. However background you heard manager and workers cussing at each other. The worker was Fu__ everything. Threatening to leave. It was a bad experience. The food was good. My first time at Popeyes is that the chicken is so ugly, all rotten and disgusting, the truth is that the service is terrible ? ? I kind of went to ask for the combo to be thrown at me ? I already had a better experience with Popeyes but this place was the best disgusting!!!
They over Charged me for the food. They are evil and those people should get fired.

The only time in my life I’ve had my food in my hand BEFORE I paid. Was hot and delicious too. Only reason ambience gets a 4 star is because it’s in a gas station - both the restaurant and gas station appear to be very clean. Come to this location, you will be happy.

The drive thru Popeyes restaurant’s slim lean black male were extremely rude yelling and intimidating over customer when customers Popeyes App successfully ordered meal were out of stock in that restaurant at time of pickup . Stereotypical uneducated in disgusting unethical manor at his job.
