Everytime I go after midnight The system is down and they can't make any drinks, even if you have the correct change they still can't take your order. I find it hard to believe that the system is always down when this one person works. Why be open 24hrs if the system is always down? This use to be the best location when Natalie was the manager. It was clean and everyone that worked there knew what they were doing. It has went down hill since she's been gone. The new manager does absolutely nothing, I have no idea how she's even a manager. You're lucky if you get the right order and half the people there don't have a clue what they are doing. They just stare at you like you're from another planet. It's ridiculous I don't see them lasting if they don't turn it around. They have alot to work on.

Every time I go and order, there's a problem, always. My order was today 50 munchkins, I got 30!! More than once, I got bagels without cheese, and once I ordered three bagels but only got two.

We were on our way to the hospital and purchased 2 dozen donuts today. They were awful, to say the least. Barely no filling to no filling in one of them. Had only a few that were fresh, but the majority was stale and was thrown away. We are very disappointed. It will take us a while to purchase here again.

Drove out of our route on a long road trip back from Nashville to home in East Liverpool. Just wanted a good cup of coffee to help us on our way. Bought one midnight and one regular, both were watered down bs. Usually only comment on good experiences but this one was horrible.

Very disappointed with the service. The woman working the drive-thru was extremely rude and seemed completely miserable. It left a bad impression and made the entire experience unpleasant. If this is the kind of service customers can expect, I won’t be returning. Management should seriously consider addressing this before loyal customers start going elsewhere..myself included.

I really enjoy Dunkin's matcha — the flavor is great when it's made right! But it's consistently grainy, which takes away from the experience. I think the employees need better guidance on how to properly mix and dissolve the matcha before adding it to the milk. When it’s blended well, it tastes amazing. A small change in prep could make a big difference!

Nothing is consistent here we order cold foam on almost every mobile orders and they can't READ the order slip they the tell my girlfriend it doesn't say cold foam . Bagel bites are always cold and we asked for hot ones and they can't deliver anything right anymore.it happens almost every time I can go on and on like. Broken record. they give up plain bagel bites instead of everything.
