This restaurant has been a long time favorite of ours. But we took friends last night and were embarrassed by the service. It took 20 minutes after being seated for a server to arrive to take our drink order. I came specifically for the crab legs but was told when I ordered that they no longer offer them, even though they were on the menu. When we ordered bananas foster for dessert we were told they only had one banana and it wasn't good enough to serve, so no bananas foster....

I have always enjoyed dining at Eddie Merlot's, which is why I felt compelled to share feedback from my most recent visit. Unfortunately, this experience was quite different from what I've come to expect. Despite making reservations a day in advance and specifically requesting a private table, we were seated in the middle of the dining room. When I raised this concern, I was told it would be looked into; however, no one followed up, which affected our overall enjoyment...

Our Server Jo was FABULOUS!!! The food, service and atmosphere were energetic and delicious. We were celebrating a friends birthday and they made the night remarkable4. Thank you for the next level food and service!
