The food is as good as other Mexican restaurants so I was shocked when our bill came to $62 before tip. It was for 2 average priced entrees and 2 small margaritas that were supposed to be the happy hour special. Live and learn I guess. Too pricey for us to go back.

El Asadero is always a phenomenal experience…food, fun drinks and the best service!! We were blessed with a piece of their chocoflan tonight and it was one of the best desserts ever! 1 million out of 10 every time!

Very disappointed with the service. My husband brought us here to celebrate my birthday . We arrived around 8:30pm or so. Took more than half hour to get our appetizer (asada fries) and about another hour to get our food. All with pauses not all at once at that. The waiter informed us that because there was a “party” & was big thats why cooks prioritized them. As if we also weren’t a paying customer waiting. Definitely did not like our experience and will definitely will never be back, if I’m left as last to be served over a party than no thanks. Our food was served at closing time 9:58pm. Do better please and food was delivered cold. Hope others have a better experience than we did. Still had to pay full price at least a sorry for the wait we deducted a bit for the inconvenience but nothing. No thank you.

Order was wrong and management did not fix the issue. I tried to ensure order was congirm d before it was placed. It still came out wrong. Staff was rude. Will no longer get my service.

Disappointed with my order. I barely got any onion or cilantro on my tacos and the order was very poorly assembled. Once im back in Cincinnati I will NOT be ordering again!

My husband and i went here to share a dish of delicious meats chicken pork and steak it included shrimp and cactus. The only thing that tasted half decent was the grilled chicken. It was not a cohesive dish and the food tasted old. Their menu is entirely too big. The drinks are good but they may not resemble the picture on the menu

Restaurantji Recommends
We visited from out of town mid afternoon on a Sunday between soccer games (so an off peak time). Restaurant wasn’t busy. We weren’t rushing but we needed fairly prompt service and that’s exactly what we got. Food was out quickly and server was attentive. I enjoyed the fresh lettuce tacos and my daughter loved her pollo loco. I loved the bright colors of the interior.

This restaurant is a vibe my favorite Mexican food spot thr staff is amazing I walk with a walker and staff saw me and held the door for me that was so nice the staff has always been nice everytime I come and its so amazing music all that
