It was not bad, just not what I'm looking for in barbecue. The smoked turkey sandwich was tasty and a generous portion. The ribs I was 50-50 on. I don't think the frying is necessary and doesn't add any texture or flavor while also drying them out a little. The mac & cheese and mashed potato sides were not good but not awful. Overall, I would not return here again by myself but if I was with friends and they were dead set on coming here I would give it another try.

Perfect smoked flavor at Eli's!
Stay away from Lucius bbq on the other side of town.
Came here on a Saturday afternoon, it was not busy at all. There was only myself and 1 person In the store and the blonde girl at the front counter, who did not have a name tag was extremely rude condescending and just plain old MEAN To the black girl who was clearly still training, The blonde girl was very unhelpful when the black girl in training asked her questions. She reluctant to answer, and when she did answer, it was short one word responses, extremely unprofessional, and blatant racism. I will not be returning If these are the type of employees you choose to keep.
We ordered wings, mac and cheese, jalapeño grits, and rib tips. The best thing was the sauce that came on the side. Neat was very dry, overcooked or from last week.

We stopped here during our Findlay market outing. We heard so much about this place. We ordered two pulled pork sandwiches and baked beans. After checking twice on our order during the 20 minutes of wait time I again checked on our order and found it waiting in a hot box. Although the portions were large and looked appetizing the sandwiches were disappointing. The pork was dry and tasteless. I do not particularly enjoy BBQ sauce but found the sandwich inedible without it. The baked beans were a little too spicy for our liking. Because of the limited menu and our experience we will not return.

The best BBQ in Cincinnati hands down. I haven't had anything here I don't rant and rave about! The jalapeno cornbread is top notch. I will return many times.

First time at Eli's BBQ and I'm completely sold! The smoked turkey was phenomenal - perfectly tender with amazing flavor. Service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. Will definitely be back for more soon!

Let me start by saying when they are on, these are my favorite ribs that I've ever had anywhere! That being said, what we were just served today was absolute garbage!!!
They were micro-ribs, tiny and lacking any real meat. Probably half the size of the ribs we received the last time we went. I love Eli's, but after this ordeal, I'm done for awhile. Zero consistency!!! Soooo disappointing!!!!

I came in to pick up an uber order today, and noticed an extremely nasty attitude from the cashier towards all of the black people who entered. First encounter was a white male trying to pay for a homeless black man’s food, and she proceeded to tell him he didn’t need to feed him, and looked at him in disgust. Also a customer next to me was disrespected, and ignored and I decided to speak up for her because her feelings were hurt. The young woman at the counter needs to be fired if she doesn’t know how to speak to the public.
