Food and service were excellent - as usual. Wines by the bottle and glass are an exceptional values.

Another outstanding evening at Emery. Our server, ZOI, was outstanding. We went the small plate way this evening and choices were each excellent. The calamari was a great start, the crab cake a wonderful second and the clamchoder soup is always a treat. Emery is a gem.

As usual, this place is always delicious. We were seated on the second floor for the first time. This was nice because with the entrance door opening regularly and the temperature in the singe digits, I'm sure it was a little colder down there. I had the Shrimp and Pork Belly and my wife the Lobster and Shrimp Alfredo. Both were excellent! The only disappointment was that the Lobster Potpie wasn't back for the winter menu.

We come to Emery all the time. Incredible food, friendly staff and tons of gluten free options!

It was freezing inside the restaurant. We sat upstairs. I know it's hard to heat an old building, but it's hard to enjoy such an expensive meal when you have to wear your coat. It was the coldest restaurant I have been in in a long time. The server was great.

Everything was great except the table location. The table was in a room by the windows and it was very cold. There needs to be better heating if seating will be used in that room in the winter.

Energy delivers on every level. The braised short rib was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the steaks were equally delicious. Excellent wine and drink selection, attentive service, and beautiful decor make it a standout dining experience. Highly recommend.

Disappointing visit unfortunately. We go to Emery about once a year for special occasions, as it's on the expensive side for us. This time it was my daughter's 18th birthday. The upstairs dining area was so cold I kept my coat on for most of the meal and I could see diners at other tables did as well. Patrons from a table near us even mentioned how cold it was to the server and remarked the same to me as they were leaving. The service from the kitchen was quite slow, although the food was good quality. Our server was great and attentive though! When I spend a few hundred for a special occasion, I hope to have a five star experience, which is what we've previously had. Not this time though.

Unfortunately my husband and I had a very disappointing experience. It was the first date night we'd had in months and we were really looking forward to it. We've been to Tahona, Clyborne, and Toast and Berry and had great experiences at all three. So we were hopeful to have another great time. However, immediately after being seated we were met with our first issue. The restaurant was super cold! My husband and I were shivering through our whole meal. We weren't by a door or window, we were upstairs so no idea why it was so cold. But it really ruined the atmosphere. Our server was wonderful and prompt, however we were not told or warned that refills on Ginger Ale were not free, so that was an unpleasant surprise when the bill came. But our biggest issue was our food. I got the shrimp and lobster Alfredo, the shrimp and lobster was way overcooked. Super rubbery and inedible. The sauce was extremely bland and overall the dish was just not enjoyable. My husband had the crab BLT, which was cold. Not sure if that was intentional, if so it'd be good to note it on the menu. We skipped dessert because we figured it would be a letdown too. Overall we spent $130 to be cold and eat mediocre, poorly made food.

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner with our son and daughter-in-law! The entrees we chose were superbly cooked and presented. The chicken, salmon, trout, clam chowder, and hamburger were full of flavor and perfect portion sized. The cocktails were expertly crafted with some in-house flavoring syrups, we were told. Carla was the perfect server, friendly and attentive. Definitely plan to return to this gem!

The fries were cold, the burger was supposed to be medium well and it was closer to rare. It was tasty but not cooked properly. For the prices I would have thought it would have been way better. It was also very loud in the upstairs dining room area. The house salad was the only thing worthwhile. There was also a bay leaf on our fish sandwich. They did offer to take that off the bill.
