The Quarter Bistro offers a lovely setting, whether outdoor on a patio or indoors in an intimate room. The lobster bisque was good but not great, while the tuna tartare tacos were a hit. The caprese salad was bland, but the crabcakes were enjoyable. The duck dish had terrible plating but was very tasty. The 18-hour short ribs were adored, and the halibut special was good but a tad dry. The service was superb, with a bit of noise indoors but a comfortable atmosphere. Prices are a bit high, but worth it for the ambiance.
