I had ordered cookies for my son’s 2nd birthday party from a baker that I knew back in high school a few months in advance. 7 days before the event that baker messaged me and cancelled with zero explanation. I messaged Stefanie from F & Goode just to get her professional opinion on the late cancellation and she offered last minute to do the cookies and ship them FedEx to me in California at half the cost of the person who cancelled on me.
