The food is greasy. The male employee and the woman employee who takes orders at the front desk are very rude and abusive to customers. Avoid this place.

Consistent and quick. Exactly what my family and I are looking for. Service is very friendly, and they often throw in small bonus items in our order. Not fancy, just fits the bill more often than not.

Phenomenal.Wanted spicy noodles to help with my hangover, went in-person and there wasn’t exactly what I was looking for but the cashier was very polite and told me to order what sounded good and they would make it spicy for me. Got chicken lo mein (spicy), an order of 8 steamed pork dumplings with dipping sauce, and an egg roll; all amazing. The chicken lo mein was a small order but still had a lot in it. Ready in about 5 minutes, granted there was only 1 other customer there at the time. $19 total bill for all 3 items.

Roach in the bathroom! Its legs were still moving. When we brought it up to the hostess, she was not surprised ? We used to like the food too but don’t want a side of roach with our sweet and sour chicken.

Was in the mood on Saturday night for college football and Chinese food. Both turned out great (Go Irish). Was on the hunt for a dependable place to get Americanized chinese food and i think we found it. Had to get crab Rangoons. Always the move. These were great. Also tried the scallion pancake and pleasant surprise. Will order again. General Tso's chicken was tasty and plenty saucy. Paired well with the fried rice. We also split the shrimp lo mein. It was nice and salty. Service was great, quickly made and ready for pickup. The place is clean. In the back of the hyde park stretch mall. Plenty of convenient parking.

Went to the Paxton rd location asked for pork lomein without onions the guy who took my order assured me no onions said he personally made sure even said the dish doesn't come with onions. Guess what onions everywhere. I am returning the food uneaten today we will see how they react.

So I ordered the shrimp lo mein for lunch today and while I was eating I had a long piece of plastic wrap in my food. I was so discussed and instantly lost my appetite. I call the restaurant and the woman I spoke with said that grubhub must have put it in my food and that I should call them. I explained to her that the plastic was cooked into my meal and she again told me to call grubhub and then she hung up on me. I was so upset, but I did call grubhub and go a refund so that was great, but I did eat lunch ?
