“Just put in my first order with them through Uber Eats. My Ubereats guy canceled my order and stole my food (I had no idea) I called Rancherita up and asked what happened. The guy on the phone was so so nice and explained they made the order and what happened. I put in a second order and he called me back just to let me know they made it and it was picked up and he hoped it got to me this time! Amazing service and help, super great staff. I haven't gotten the food yet but I'm sure it's amazingly good. 100% recommend!!“

“Is the best Mexican food in Cincinnati? Definitely. In Ohio? Probably. In the US? Gotta be top 25. This place is truly a gem and I can’t say enough good things about it. Everything we had, which was a lot, was a 10/10.“
“We have the Sweets and Meats BBQ truck come to our office as a thank you to our staff multiple times, and the food is terrific! The staff is always friendly, and the Strawberry Crunch cake was divine! I would recommend the collard greens, brisket and mac and cheese.“
