“Jake and his staff catered my daughter’s wedding this past week. From start to finish, it was an effortless process, and the food was simply amazing!!!! The guests told me that the food was terrific! The charcuterie table for cocktail hour was beyond beautiful, and was a huge hit. There was hardly anything left! “OMG, so cute!! I stopped here during a visit to Buckley Air Nat’l Guard Base, and it was so worth it!! The coffee is fantastic, and tastes much more local than the large chain coffee shops. If you’re in Springfield/Yellow Springs, this is a great place for some awesome coffee, a comfortable atmosphere, and great conversation😇“

“I've been to this place many times. The owners are always extremely nice. The food is always delicious. The tortillas are made fresh by hand, I know because I watched her making them. My personal favorites are the steak tacos, chicken quesadilla, tamales and elote. My husband and kids like the tripa (stomach) and lingua (tongue) tacos and the sandwiches. The price is also great for the quality of the food you get. I always take friends visiting from out of town to get tacos from her. Hands down the best tacos in the city.“

“Wow! This team is fantastic to work with! If you are looking for a great company to have at an event, look no further. I dropped the ball and never messaged them back, but then realized the day before my event that I never got back to them. They worked with me and were still able to make our event with a one day notice. Most companies would just say "no," but not Kona Ice Dayton! They knocked it out of the park and our kids (and parents) LOVED IT!“

“SOOO GOOD! Very reasonable prices!! Got me and my partner each a chili dog and 1) they use real shredded cheese?! ?? 2) definitely some of the best chili sauce ive ever had on a hot dog.
The owner running it was incredibly kind and seems to really care about the quality of his food.

“Ordered the Carne Asada tacos and they are easily the best tacos I have had since I lived in a border town in South Texas. Tortillas lightly fried perfectly, quality steak with no grizzle, spicy fresh onion, delicious salsa with just the right amount of spice. Absolutely everything I look for in a taco. Unfortunate that there is only outdoor seating since it is a taco truck, but if the weather doesn't cooperate I would happily just eat it in my car. If you like an authentic Mexican style street taco, this is where you need to go. I was in town for work and will happily drive an hour to visit them again soon.“

“Tried Matria pastries at the Second Street Market and they were delicious! The non traditional pain au chocolat had a scrumptious brownie in the middle for extra chocolate. And the German chocolate cherry had a layer of cherries inside. Scrumptious!“
