Food was really terrific. Expect it will take a little time. Coffee was great and help yourself style so no wait for that. Very friendly chef and staff as well as the people I met there. The architecture of the church across the street is also really something to see.

My friends and I go to Xavier University and sometimes we are in a pinch with money. The community here has made us feel so welcomed and no pressure to pay (we pay what we can). I absolutely love the selection and truly is as close to my moms cooking than anything else near campus. Always fun to see kids running around and connecting with other people within the community. 10/10 recommend! They also have a piano which is sometimes being played by a neighbor which makes me feel at home as well!

Love their neighbor focused, hyper local, eco friendly model.

Visited for the first time, love the vibe - very chill, strong sense of camaraderie here, all who served/took orders were kind and friendly.

The food was very delicious. I had an egg on toast dish (called egg in a hole, I think?) which was a smaller portion than I thought (approx. 1.5 slices of bread), so I got a salad in addition, and that was a much healthier portion. Both were really good and the mint tea was just the right amount of mint + tea flavor. 12/10 Would visit again.

Beautiful Cafe, the energy here is sooo peaceful. My first time here today yet the owner made me feel so welcomed, like a familiar. Thank you for the excellent customer service, my breakfast was absolutely delicious too! Definitely recommend the bagel special, that red pepper sauce is phenomenal & eggs were scrambled to perfection 😚 πŸ‘ŒπŸΎ *Chefs Kiss*

Most unique restaurant in Cincy!
I don’t know of any other cafe that has such a positive impact on its community. From offering pay-what-you-can to farming the land that’s right there. The food and people are all top notch.

My favorite breakfast spot in Cincy by far. Amazing fresh local food, peaceful atmosphere, and phenomenal people. My girlfriend and I love every part of this beautiful place.

I can easily eat vegan here too.

I refuse to patronize any restaurant that openly states that paying is optional. This is simply unfair to everyone involved, and is unsustainable from a business point of view. Other restaurants have tried and failed.

This is the best spot on a Saturday morning. A neighborhood gem is an understatement. I love the Egg in the Hole w/ roasted red pepper sauce. Many items are grown and harvested by the owners and partners. Great atmosphere. If it's your first time you must try a cinnamon roll or scones. Delicious. 5 stars.
