Service has really gone down. Practically have to beg for refills, if they even bring them. They run out of cups. Multiple times they’ve said they can’t take orders because the computers are down…. Yea ok… or it’s just no clean dishes or lack of staff in the kitchen. The manager that did work there, really had it together, it definitely has changed for the worse.

Sooooo… the fried pickles were good as well as the buffalo cauliflower, but as far as the wings go they were under cooked! The waitress forgot my daughter’s coke, no silverware, no napkins, no salt or pepper, but the crazy thing is that she kept coming back asking if we needed anything. I would tell her and I still would have nothing. I had to ask the table next to me for napkins and salt!!! What’s really going on. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place
I love a dive bar if the staff is nice, this wasn't that. This place has a very nice staff, but a few nasty bartenders ruin it, doing their own thing and just nasty.
How does Hooters get pretty girls with a good attitude..? At Fricker's took forever to get a drink because the bar tender is on her cell phone or messing around or picking who she wants to serve.
It's a shame too, this wasn't onceth greatest sports bar in the area North of Cincinnati, but the bartenders aren't on top of things. They have a great bartender called Sarah. She's top quality and works Mondays if you want constantly great service.
I am hoping they get it back soon, but this review is true. This place needs management to rescue it, the manager isn't even bad, but they can't let their bar girls think they run the whole bar. Mason needs this kind of place, I hope it comes back.

The bartender, an African American woman with blonde curly hair was nice to us, but we were disturbed because she kept using extremely horrible words about a black man at the bar. She kept calling him the N word and other slurs and seemed oblivious that my wife and I heard it. We are from the Akron area and aren't used to that kind of language. It was really shocking.

We LOVED Tina aka “TT”! We ordered the bottle caps, mini corn dogs, wings, steak, and bbq baked beans. Everything was delicious and so reasonably priced! Vibes were great. As a girl from TN, I wish I had one closer to home!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I came in with a group following the Cincinnati Open even. The place was a mess and the bartender didn't want to serve our group. We were clearly watching tennis and she turned on her loud R&B music rather than the matches at the important international sports event that most guests (who were in our group) had traveled to watch, and which was taking place very near the bar's location. I saw the bartender use her phone whole the bartop sat covered in trash and dirty dishes from previous guests.

The servers are friendly. It is not busy at lunchtime. The boneless wings are amazing. They are not your typical chunks of chicken with tons of breading.
