The good: The service was great. The team was doing their best to get everyone taken care of. The bad: i got the buffet, and the food just wasn't there. We had to wait a long time for food to be brought out, and it was immediately gone because we were all waiting so long. The food itself wasn't tasty. Very dissatisfied. Others around were also complaining. I'm guessing understaffed? Because those that were there were working hard to get everyone taken care of.

I visited the Queensgate location with some friends before the Bengals game today, a spot I've been quite a bit over the years and have to say the staff there today was great! It was very busy, being a Sunday morning and a game day, and even though they looked to be a bit understaffed, all the employees I interacted with did such a great job, especially their servers. I know with reviews a lot of times people only get on to complain about things, so I thought it was important to post something here to let them know I really appreciated them today.

Tear this place down already. There’s no use of it! The service is horrible, the food is either overpriced or undercooked and they can’t seem to ever get a simple order correct. Ughh! Trust me. Don’t waste your time going to this “Hole in a wall”.

They didn’t look like they were open they were not busy at all but the server and the whole staff was extremely nice and friendly it was the best pancakes we have ever gotten the food was excellent and it was over all the best service I have gotten in a long time

They’ve always been on the pricer side, but they recently got rid of the $8.99 baskets & switched to their “normal” pricing. I just paid $13.99 for 3 small, burnt tenders, 1 side & a drink. It’s the price of a meal at a steak restaurant & just utterly absurd
To be honest, I think $8.99 is still expensive for what you get, but it’s surely not $14
I was in a rush & didn’t pay attention to the amount, or I would’ve canceled my order. Let’s just say I’m not happy
If I could give a 0 star I would! I order from DoorDash $61.00 order and I didn’t even get my big boy combo! No star strawberry shake nor my boyfriend SOUTHERN FIRED CHICKEN sandwich! The place a thin old grill piece of chicken. The onion rings was OLD SCRAPS OF ONION RINGS and burnt! Disgusting! Luckily I record a video and took pictures as I open my seal bag to prove how disgusting these low class workers who created my MEAL!

Tried charging a $1 for a cup of ice. Separate from credit card payment. It's like they was pocketing money for themselves. Why would they charge a $1, on a $16. Order. Sad, for the money they charge for food. Plus a milkshake will cost you $7.50, and it's about 18 ounces if that. Total rip off.. Super Big Boy was good though.
