They are literally terrible here. I pulled up to order with a friend and we told them it would be two separate orders and if that was fine. She said go head with order .. we told them we wanted 2 smash boy for the first order by themselves. And told them we were done with the first she told us ok and said the order total was 15$ we could go head with the second order. In the middle of us ordering she said hold on and paused for 2-3 mins she came back continued to take order and then said “ok now the first order is 18$” we were confused because we weren’t done ordering and how did the first order go up while ordering the second one ? She we proceeded to explain that we were ordering the second one. She said “ugh hold on” it was another 2-3 min wait. Then she came back and said yal wanted a big boy combo and a smash boy for the first order so what’s up second order. We are like”no, we wanted to smash burgers for the first order and the second order is the big boy combo but we weren’t done with the second one” She said ugh again and said hold on ? at this point she was so confused and we continue to be polite and straightforward as possible so we said is it easy if we come in and order? Another lady I’m assuming the manager comes on speaker and she said just go head with your order! We were taken back by the attitude but we asked her what was on the first order because at this point they are confused. She said the combo and smash burger. We like no that’s not right. So we tell her what the first order is supposed to be and then ordered the second order. We get to the window and the manager( i suppose )who took the order yelled pull them up because everything gotta be made fresh but she said it in such a rude tone like it was upsetting. We pull up and the bring out the food after 30 more mins! Even tho we were already in the line for 20 mins trying to get the order correct. They gave us 3 drinks with no carrier at the window and then we had to ask for it and they smashed all our food in one bag. Even tho it was two separate orders ? They have no common sense here.

I grew up less than 1/4 mile from the Frisch's in blue ash. Having been there more times than I can count, I can honestly say that this location has hands down the best breakfast bar by far..... Everything was hot and fresh and not the same junk they have every time you visit. Please keep up the excellent work guys!!

Horrible! I should’ve known not to go to the Gest st location April 1 2024 15mins before closing.. I ordered a. Buddy boy platter and big boy sandwich and the food was horrible.. the drive thru person ignored my request for other food said she couldn’t hear me? I think it was because they didn’t want to make it ie. Fresh food at Closing in 15 minsThey gave us fries with grease dripping from them over saltedNo toppings on either sandwichThe big boy tartar sauce ran off the sandwich like water onto the floorEverything was cold…The fries were so greasy it saturated my handsI’ve been going to Frisches since the 1970s on colerain ave and never received food like this? NEVER..I think they were in a rush to get out at closing time and they gave us reheated briefly recooked leftover food because they didn’t want to prepare freshly cooked foodIt was so bad we just tossed it all in a dumpster down the wayThe night mgr should’ve just said they were done serving food for the night as this food was horrible… a thrown together messI know Frisch’s has better standards than this.. I don’t think this is the norm at this Gest location eitherThey were closing and now I know…Ive been going to Frisches since 1978 … this was a first..

My server was pleasant but seemed a bit overwhelmed. The food took a long time to get to my table and other tables as well. The woman across from me was asked multiple times what she had ordered. No salad/soup bar was available. My order was incorrect and taken back to make the correction. My cole slaw was still missing, and I had to ask for a fork. I waited a while for my check before going to the cashier to cash out. There seemed to be a staff meeting going on in another area. This was at about 2pm.
