I was so excited to try this place as my parents love it and informed me there are gluten free options. I order a bowl and EVERYTHING in the bowl was marked gluten free on the menu. I received the bowl and could instantly tell that there was soy sauce on it. I asked the staff and they confirmed that there is a sauce on it that is not gluten free. When ordering all gluten free you should never have to wonder if they put a sauce on it that contains gluten. Luckily I caught it and didn’t eat the bowl, I hadn’t even taken a bite. I also ordered a spring roll which I did eat and I am hoping and praying that they did not also add a secret sauce to that as I will end up having a terrible reaction. Highly disappointed that they mark things gluten free that aren’t in the end. I wasted 12.95 on this bowl that I didn’t even get to eat.

This place touts hibachi and poke bowls, and sushi rolls/bowls. You can order one of their standard choices, or you can build a bowl. Unfortunately, I'd never been here before and the server didn't explain to me the process to customize my bowl, so I was a bit overwhelmed and missed the end steps, resulting in not getting some things I would've added (wasabi and ginger). The server was otherwise good and personable. The other employees I saw, two of whom appeared to be Chinese and one who may have been Latino, hardly spoke to us at all, which may be because of their weak command of English.
My son and I got custom hibachi; mine was General Tso's with brown rice and his was Teriyaki with spaghetti noodles. Although this is a fast food restaurant along the lines of Subway in terms of fresh ingredients you can see and choose from, and most of the ingredients are inexpensive, the prices are similar to a low-end Chinese restaurant, but the taste is better. I also tried their spring rolls, which were mostly rice noodles and the flour wrap, so I had to use sauce to make them enjoyable. I tried my son's miso soup, which was basically just kelp and lots of miso broth. I'm not a fan of the fishy flavor of seaweed, so it wasn't really my preference but if you like seaweed's flavor, this might suit you. Also, I cannot have a lot of salt and sodium without heart problems, so miso is out for me. I thought my food tasted nice but his noodles soaked up too much, making it a bit bland, as is normal with starches. Perhaps if they coated the noodles with a bit of oil or briefly fried them, the flavor would be stronger.
Warning: The only downside came around 1:30 AM when I received a notification that someone used my card number to try to purchase on Walmart. I don't know if it was one of the employees, or if their computer system was hacked, but I would be very hesitant to use anything other than cash there.

I typically get the steak or chicken fusa bowls which are good. I like the flavors and there’s a good amount of food that usually amounts to leftovers. The main thing I wish would change are the noodles in the fusa bowls. They seem like spaghetti rather than a traditional Asian style noodle.

Corez was very kind and took me and my friends order with patients. Andrew was also very kind while I was struggling a little to go into my purse to find my money. I also want to give a shout to Roki, Frankey and Thomas. They made our food very dillagently and it was absolutely delicious. Roki even brought our food to us which was very kind. Over all the best place in this area to go for fast amazing food. And i seriously could not give enough credit to the people here. It wouldn't be possible with out them.

Got a tofu bowl because I am vegan and it had a couple pieces of beef in it as well as cilantro which I hadn't ordered. Went back to have it remade and not only was it made incorrectly (veggies were raw rather than cooked as I had originally ordered) but they told me it was because I ordered a regular bowl and that is why it had meat in it. I ordered a regular tofu bowl and it had a LOT of tofu but also some beef meaning that there was cross contamination somewhere along the line. Didn't think to take a picture of it until after.
