Fusabowl is a really pleasant and enjoyable place. It’s not complicated- once you get the gist of it - and all the ingredients are fresh. I’ve become a fan of poke bowls in the last couple of years. Some places will just load you up down the line with your selections and hand you your bowl of components - which I’m fine with - as long as the quality is great. But Fusabowl adds a level: they take all of your ingredients and prepare it for presentation. Even though everything I’m ordering is cold toppings, I still go and sit for a couple of minutes while they place it into picture perfect presentation (ironically, the picture I shared was from a hot order - but you can see that it’s also prepared for visual style as well as taste). As long as I’m not waiting for half of my lunch break for the presentation, I actually appreciate it. Just like with sushi, the visual appearance speaks to the quality and care. This particular location has obviously been other things in the past, and it shows structurally- but based on the number of people I see doing carry-out, I would guess that the dining experience isn’t what most customers come back for.
I think the food here is so good that I would eat it every day!
However, the rangoons are way overpriced at this restaurant! I love crab rangoons, and always order them when I get sushi or Chinese food, but not here... $6 for FOUR rangoons is ridiculous! Its really my only gripe about this establishment though.

I have been ordering from them since they opened. The food is amazing!!! I drive from Batavia now to come and get my air force rolls. My son and boyfriend love them as well. Their egg rolls are better than any I have ever had. 10/10!!! Service has also always been friendly as well.
