The food is great! Fast food sushi isn’t super prevalent in most of the country, so it’s great to have a place like Fusian that does it well. If you do order from here though, don’t do it online. If you do order online you will almost certainly spend 15-20 minutes after your scheduled pickup time watching the people who ordered in store get their food almost immediately while the employees seem to almost willfully ignore your order. I really like Fusian, but my order from this location consisted of: 1) rolls (more like strings of semicircles) falling apart, 2) salmon that tasted old (I couldn’t finish it), and 3) missing ingredients (I ordered two speciality rolls). Giving a 3 instead of a 2 as a benefit of the doubt.Edit: Fusian reached out and provided great customer support. Will try this location again in the future.

We got a build your own salad bowl, build your own rice bowl, mango sticky rice, and lavender lemonade. Everything was healthy and did not seem to have too much sugar or sodium. The raw fish and veggies were very fresh. We’ll be back!
