Love, this place. I just wanted the best chilies we have in Cincinnati, Ohio. The atmosphere is always great at this location and the food is always fresh and hot.

They have a new spicy chicken sandwich that I went for. The sandwich was good. The service was great. The staff is friendly. My only complaint is I put my order in online for pickup through the drive-thru. When I arrived at the restaurant they hadn't received the order yet. And they had a good 15-20 minutes. About halfway through them making the order it arrived in their internal systems. So I don't know what that was about but otherwise everything was great. Head and shoulders above A lot of the other bigger fast food places.

Always a good experience when I comehere. People are nice here and efficient and quick even when short staffed or packed house. Very diligent and poised. Special kudos and thanks to Max, Tiffany and for sure Kelci. Only thing is, I wish the prices didnt go up every year for the same stuff, that's it . Good people here tho. Rarity. nice.

Not only did it take forever to get my food but they sent me home with no cheese for any of my three ways. That’s like have no hotdog and only ketchup and a bun. That’s the entire reason for a THREE way. I didn’t ask for a TWO way. And when you live 30 mins away it’s hardly worth it to drive all the way back.
