Love that you went back to not having coconut oil in your peppermint ice cream! I can safely have it again. Also your staff didn't get mad when I asked if I could have it as the holiday milkshakes knowing that they would have to clean the blender first. He even double checked all ingredients to make sure nothing had coconut in it for me. This is service that I have not had at Graeter's in a long, long time.Dietary restrictions: See comments above. Great selection of a wide variety of ice cream. If you're one who has a giant sweet tooth, then this place has you covered! Especially if you want a sneaky pre-bedtime snack! Have to be careful though...I randomly stumbled through some event that had finished and everyone decided to get ice cream there...super busy! The staff still were able to offer friendly and helpful service! Great job!

Freezing cold weather and this place was super popping. After eating the ice cream I can see why it's so popular. I had the salted caramel and the person who helped me recommended, they did not steer me wrong. The ice cream had so much flavor I was sad I couldn't get another scoop. I can't wait to come back to Cincinnati in May, Graeter's will for sure be a stop for me.
