I never had a problem here despite all of the reviews. The food is always perfect even when I have to wait a little bit longer. I think most of the problems come from them being understaffed, I don't think it's on purpose. My only con is that the dining room can be a little cleaner. It's not horrible but it could use a little work.
Stopped tonight 1/20 around 4:30, there were 4 cars in line. We all waited 5 - 7 minutes for each car to order. Son of Baconator was dry, baked potato room temperature, chili not good. It was very watery and kind of had a sour taste to it. This location rarely runs smoothly. Although, I went here last week for just a cheese/bacon potato and I got in and out very quickly. Awesome deals! Can't go wrong with the Biggie Deals. Salads, chili, and burgers are good. Frosty is just chocolate enough...so good. Service isn't as good, but it's a sign of the times everywhere.Vegetarian options: You can request a salad without meat. Baked potatoes are good.
