Today about 15-20 minutes ago a coworker and I went to grab food for ourselves and for a few of our other coworkers. We placed our orders with little problems. The problem was when it came time to receive all of our orders. My coworker had placed 3 orders and myself placed 1. She received 2 of her orders and then I had received mine. When she asked about her last order her and 2 of the workers went back and forth on that particular order. My coworker offered to let them look inside the back because it seemed like they thought we were trying to get free food which was not the case because the food she was waiting on was for a coworker not herself. My coworker listed off the names we had and the name we needed. There was still rudeness coming from the worker that was cooking. Finally she looked back on her screen and seen the missing order. Not once did anyone acknowledge or apologize for missing the order or fighting with us to get the order. This made us late coming back from our break.

I was just at this location 15 mins ago just for someone antagonizing me about what orders I have and what I don’t have I came in with my co worker I order 3 orders she order 2 I was told to give names for each order when the food was done I only received 2 orders when I ask where the third one was the person making the food decides to ask me not once not twice but three times about what food I had and I repeated myself three times and then eventually stood up and told them they could look in the bag because 1. The 2 orders I received they called our names my third one was never called 2. The back and forth was so unnecessary it was as if she was implying that I was trying to get an extra order why would I do that when this is not my order this is a co worker order I had all three receipts 3. When I did receive the order there wasn’t any acknowledgment that they didn’t make the order there wasn’t an apology anything I will be reaching out to corporate and I won’t be back I will not spend my time let alone my MONEY at an establishment where employees don’t know how to communicate let alone know what it means to put the customer first !

I like to think GoldStar for the Veterans day meal. I wasn't greeted nor ask to take my order. I got a burrito and fries. My burrito was made immediately and then 8 mins went by until my fries where even started but I glad the six employees had time to talked and play in there phones. After my fries where done it took another 5 mins before they decided to give me my food which was cold now. It was like being in a high school cafeteria and I wasn't one of the cool kids in a apron. Did I mention I was the only one in there at 6 30 pm. For the life of me I don’t understand why the place was empty. Once again thanks for honoring a veteran with such quality service.
Don’t go late at night!!! I normally go to this gold star with no problem. I went last night around 9 not even close to closing. They re dipped or re cooked these old fries but I’m not dumb. My coneys barely had any chili. My chili cheese sandwiches had no cheese in the buns!!! You’re supposed to put cheese in place of the hot dog. I’m going to post below. I won’t be back unless they can make it right, it’s absolute bull crap.

I got to, uh, redeem in one of my coupons that I won free gold star for a year, and it was really nice. I usually get the 2 cheese county meal and a large Diet Coke, and it's really good.

I got off work and order 3 vegan chili cheese sandwiches on Uber eats the driver spoke no English picked up the wrong order and I gave it back to him and called the store to inform them of the mistake in which they keep picking up the phone and hanging up because it was close to closing I called 6 times each time they picked it up and then hung up I was so angry and hungry from not eating anything all day because I’m truck driver I could ball in tears terrible service and I will be calling corporate as well
