This Gold Star is located inside Kenwood Towne Center. Service was okay just a bit slow and the place was not busy. Had two cheese cones and again they were fine. Lots of cheese however the serving size is small. Inside the food court of the mall is clean with noise from all the shoppers.

Tonight on the Galligan Family GoldStar world tour we stopped at Kenwood Mall Gold Star. I was not able to tag the location for some reason. To be honest I am not a big fan of the Togo style. However they were very friendly and fast. The food was delicious as always. I guess I just really enjoy the home town feel when you go to a regular restaurant. GoldStar has amazing servers and I always look forward to them. It is nice to know you can get a yummy cheese coney and a chocolate shake when shopping at the mall. ? #galliganfamilycincinnatichiliworldtour

New, recently opened location on Glenway Ave at Glenmore/Muddycreek. Corner location with a fair amount of parking. Interior decor is nice and bright, and all staff we encountered were extremely pleasant, all offering assistance. Every customer echoed the same sentiment of being thankful for Goldstar's return to the area. Hopefully the great food and service will last long beyond this opening period.

My boyfriend and I came here while visiting the kenwood mall, I LOVE the food at gold star but while we were trying to order the old woman at the counter was very rude to us and she yelled at us multiple times after we tried to tell her what we wanted she put in mutiple incorrect things and extra meals. Then when we tried to put my boyfriends chicken sandwich in she went “ITS TOO LATE TO CHANGE IT TO THAT” and we once again had to explain the other food was mine, she was so angry in fat she pulled the food cook over to also yell at us about what we ordered and when we finally got the chicken sandwhich order in he went “fine but there’s no pickles” we said that was okay and waited quietly for our food. When he finally handed me the bag and our two waters, my fries were falling out and one of the waters we were given was RED and transparent. Once we finally made it to the table I opened my portion to see it was sloppily made and they had given me less than half a bag of fries. I am super mad. This is unacceptable behavior as someone who used to work fast food. do better and fire these people, it’s the middle of the day and all we had done was order

Wheelchair accessibility: Kenwood mall is wheelchair accessible with the use of the elevator, however it is always busy and could be difficult if the wheel chair was not electric due to distance.

After having a horrible experience at Cheesecake Factory, we decided to grab a quick bite at Gold Star. There were 4 staff members behind the counter doing their own thing. Not even one acknowledgement that they would be right with us or anything. The one was cleaning the machine next to the counter. After 5 minutes of waiting in silence, we decided to leave as this was unacceptable. Who trains these people. Absolutely ridiculous.
