I took my children to the Kenwood location today for ice cream and playtime. A special summer treat that isn’t inexpensive. Unfortunately, the outing was overshadowed by a disturbing incident. Two older employees were engaged in an openly homophobic conversation with an older customer. When I told them the conversation was inappropriate, they dispersed but showed no remorse or apology.
To say I was disappointed and disgusted by the hate on display would be an understatement. The manager stated he would “have a talk with them,” but his lack of surprise was concerning. We won’t be returning, as we do not support businesses that tolerate or perpetuate hate. I’m sharing this so others are aware of what their dollars might be funding.

It is WAY over priced and the taste doesn't justify the price point. Only my personal opinion but, the ice cream was average and didn't have a "wow factor" at all.

We were visiting the Museum Center and decided to stop in for Ice Cream. The menu is limited on flavors. The scoops were VERY small. I do not recommend visiting this location. The employees were unorganized as well.

Grater's Ice Cream in a unique art-deco setting, yes-please! The shop matches the rest of the look and feel of the Museum Center which is pretty cool and has a nice view of the Dinosaur's. We sere there on a Saturday so beware, they closed at 4 pm.

Great ice cream parlor in the Cincinnati Museum Center. They only have around eight flavors to choose from. Nice elegant decor; recently remodeled.
