Visiting from out of town. I hadn't been to a Graeter's in years but stopped in on a whim.
We were greeted immediately and approached/spoken to by 5 sepatate employees within the first 3 or 4 minutes. All were friendly and courteous.
We were fourth in line but were in and out in less than 10 minutes.
And, yes, the ice cream was every bit as good as I remembered.

Dietary restrictions: For Celiac's, they have a whole procedure where they change gloves, wash spoons and get scoops from unopened batches. Felt super comfortable and the ice cream was great

Love coming to this location because it’s always clean, the service is always great and they are never out of any of the ice creams that you want. Plenty of parking. On today’s visit, Fin, the ice cream employee put a big smile on and made us feel welcome and valued with a happy yet genuine attitude. She is great and we cannot wait to come back!
