If you like ice cream, this place has the best - hands down. Yes - it is pricey, but you pay for what you get, especially if you've never tried it before.

Everything tastes fresh, and the customer service is top of the line - right up there with Chick-fil-a. From the moment you walk in, you are always greeted, welcomed, and served with a smile. It is truly a magical experience each time I enter a Graeter's.

Not from the area but 9 out of 10 locals said visiting Graeter’s is a must stop and glad we did. Came during a quiet Thursday afternoon and the service was excellent . The ice cream was super creamy and the chocolate chips were soft which was a nice departure. We had chocolate chip and double dark brownie fudge.

Beware, if you order a shake extra thick they will charge you an additional scoop which is 1.75 and anything extra they will throw away and not give it to you (when your paying for it with that extra scoop charge). Pretty disappointing when I've asked them use less milk instead. I don't like being charged for something that I'm not getting. This is expensive already as a rare treat; this just discourages repeat visits further.
