Great American Cookies

I haven't been here in months and was excited to get some cookies. They must have changed owners and the ingredients. The cookies most definitely didn't taste the same. The taste was completely off. I was disappointed and will not visit this location again. Also pay in cash. I used a card that I hardly ever use,and a couple days later my card was hacked. Can't say if it was them or not,but it's weird how when I use it here all of a sudden my card tries to get charged. Luckily it declined because my bank flagged it,and I didn't have what the amount they were looking for.

By far the best cookie cakes you can buy! Fresh, tasty, soft and chewy. The decorator killed it! Absolutely insane detail on this bobcat, the pointed ears, the tufts of fur on the jaw, the whiskers. Super good job, was not expecting how well it would turn out. They outdid themselves. Thank you!

Unfortunately all it takes is one rude worker for me to never want to return to this location again. I was waiting for the worker to assist me and when he finally addressed me at the cash register his first statement was, “ why are you staring at me?” As if looking at someone who is about to take your order is wrong. Not sure where they got this one, but if I were his manager I would fire him immediately for engaging with customers like that. He then gave me the wrong order and took my money. I gave him the cookie back because I don’t eat off the hands of rude people. Never did he give me my money back.

I just wanted to circle back to post a special thank you to Mia! She was very knowledgeable, friendly & helpful in assisting me with my fiancée's birthday cake. It's very increasingly difficult to come across good customer service these days but she did a phenomenal job on the cake itself and offering positive energy just doing her job. If this young lady is up for a raise anytime soon make sure you take good care of her...she's definitely one of your employees that represents your brand as it should be.

Great American Cookie Co in Kenwood Mall did a great job making my son’s custom ordered birthday cookie cake. I requested the cookie to have the Buffalo Bills logo and coordinating colors of icing and they did exactly what I asked. My boy was very happy with it. It was fresh and tasted great. Great American never disappoints!

scheduled a pick up for my sons birthday cake. It was busy with a group of 5 women at closing when I arrived. But once my turn I got the cake and it was amazing! It was decorated perfectly! It was an easy option for a birthday cake!

Order not quite ready when promised but was given free drink while I waited & 16 × 16 cookie cake finished very quickly. When it came time to pay I was given a 10% discount due to delay. Excellent customer service & cookie cake was Fresh & Delicious!!

Great cookies with unique artwork decorations.

I order from here alot and the quality has just gotten worse and our last cake I just got today had a hair in it ? and no way to message them about it so guess I'll have to call tomorrow

Whoever writes & decorate the cakes should work on their penmanship.

Called ahead and needed a large cake for a party and they did not disappoint! Ready quick. Went to pick up and needed another one due to more coming to the party, staff was friendly and assertive. We got 2 large cakes and it was so nicely decorated and very very fresh! ?

Literally sat on 2nd floor overlooking this establishment, watched the young lady that's the employee answere phones, write down things, touched multiple things, WITHOUT gloves, didnt wash hands in between or anything and have the nerves to touch the food, specifically cookies. Very unsafe especially during the pandemic we are facing. More needs to be done by management to ensure they're employees are practicing safe serve. Small area in disarray, trash just everywhere. Things cookies are in are just there with the door open. Wow. Unbelievable

The cookies here are really good and the staff are too. The decore leaves something to be desired, however, it means nothing when compared to the cookies sold here. I highly recommend this establishment and hope that others try this cookie place.
