I've never visited a location because of the distance from my home but was happy to find that there's a location in Oakley, however the customer service needs work. The employees aren’t very friendly. Was asked how many donuts I would need upon arrival with two toddlers boys. They picked two extra and that seemed to annoy the employee as if it were his problem. I’ll stick to buskins.

We love Holtman's! Miss Sherrie, Jonathan, and the rest of the team there are always so friendly. Whenever I call ahead, they go out of their way to make sure my allergy-kiddo gets his custom donut whenever we stop in, so he doesn't feel left out. Very thankful for a place that supports inclusiveness!
