If you want your stomach to hurt after eating and bad customer service then this is the place for you! The person at top should be ashamed on how these establishments are ran! Will never go back to an IHOP again! Excruciatingly disgusting!

Every time lately IHOP is not great... I'm not sure what's going on, but this West Chester location today our server wasn't great, my over medium eggs smelled and tasted "off", the bacon was limp, and we waited 10 minutes for a water for my daughter. We adjust we've somewhere else--I wish we would have!

I waited about 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and I got my order without my drink or pancakes they said it would be refunded through DoorDash I didn’t use DoorDash I told them that and they said it would be refunded it hasn’t been refunded for over a month and the food was the quality of hotel food never have gotten this bad service or food here before it’s disappointing I can’t come back due to risk of not getting my exact order and not being refunded if I don’t get it it’s unfortunate because this was my number 1 hangout spot with friends and family

I didn’t have a great experience at this forest park location when it came to my food. I waited 30 mins for my food to go, only to leave and find out my food was barely warm/cold. This tells me they had my food just sitting for awhile when I kept asking if it was ready. So I won’t be back here.

The prices are way too high to go here anymore. A breakfast that would cost around 50 with tip for my family was 80 after tip. Not worth it.
