I haven't had IHOP in years wanted pancakes this morning place my order @9 am waited for an hour to retrieve my order for it to be horrible. Just because your family says you can cook do not mean apply for a job to cook. I don't understand how you can serve food you wouldn't eat. I will visit again

Let me start by saying this i was a server. Also I was a shift manager in a fast food restaurant for years. Its hard, stressful, and u get under paid. I understand it's not for everyone. It takes a certain kind of person. So when u read this review I want u to know that I am a very open and understanding person. We came into the restaurant last night as a part of 12 pretty big yes, but there was only one other table in the entire restaurant and it was only 3 people. There was at least 7 people working. 3 or 4 servers a manager and 2 cooks. Now we had just came from a funeral and we were just trying to spend a little family time together and share some memories. Instead we while we were sharing memories we sit there trying to figure out why it took over an hour to get our food. First they brought out 1 person food few minutes lady a second persons. Then it was nearly 30 minutes before another person received anything and it went on from there. The last 2 that their food it took them over an hour to get it. And we didnt even receive some of our sides at that point we didn't even want them. Some of the sides were brought out 15 minutes after the meals or longer it was crazy. I have never seen anything like it. Also our server who was the manager told us she had got stuck in the kitchen and her virgo was kicking in and she couldn't do it anymore she had to get out of there now. I mean just TMI for the table. I get if u have medical issues but u need to get the employees under control and run ur shift. When we got our checks it was more chaotic she didnt know how to split them then she over charged and when we asked she was rude and then at one point she really looked at a crew member and said I dont understand why this machine keeps doing that how do we fix it?? Like u are the boss right im confused here why are u asking him.... anyways my point it was a horrible experience I love ihop and they have a lot of work to do at this one especially with the crew that was there October 16th around 8pm.

The waitress was very friendly, but we waited over an hour for our order and the restaurant wasn't that busy. The food that was fully cooked was tasty. I got an omelet, and my husband got Eggs Benedict. However, both of us had parts of our food with uncooked egg whites and our son's pancakes were dry. If you cut off parts and move them aside, the rest tasted fine, but...come on. I eat at ihop frequently. This is the worst one I've visited, and they have been this way for three visits now, so it's review time.

Sat for 20 minutes no one came to give us drinks people behind us was sat before us and also had no drinks just menus nobody apologized for the wait or even acknowledged us it be ya own people

If you want your stomach to hurt after eating and bad customer service then this is the place for you! The person at top should be ashamed on how these establishments are ran! Will never go back to an IHOP again! Excruciatingly disgusting!
