I haven't been to Izzy's in years. I have always loved their reuben. I stopped and got the reubenator for lunch, and I was kind of disappointed. The corned beef was pretty chewy and rubbery, not as good as I remember. The potato pancake was amazing though.
Just moved to the area and found this shop! Absolutely loved the sandwiches, but the potato pancakes are to die for! Had no idea what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised!

Not sure why all the reviews aren’t 6/5. Exciting and cozy spot for quick, small bites AND long, large sessions. This hole is always available, hot, and ready. Anyone with a hard bone on their body will come for the tasty treats, but they’ll stay for their seasoned lineup of saucy food puns. Even I mustard admit, it took me a while to ketchup (I tried!). That’s just a taste of this hole’s warmth and availability. 13/10 will come again.

They need to wear hair nets. I had long strain of the preparers hair in the sandwich. I had to drive back to restaurant to return the sandwich.
