Took my elderly mom for lunch today, we were welcomed and helped to a table by the staff as soon as we walked in -really friendly, efficient service. we got Rubens and potato pancakes. They were really generous sized and tasty. Very pleasant lunch.

A friend and I went here to celebrate our birthdays. We had a 7:15 reservation. Arrived a few mins early. Was told to wait and they'd come get us shortly. The bar was full with diners, so there was no place to get a cocktail while we waited, which wasn't that big of a deal since we were going to be sitting down shortly. 50 minutes later I checked in with the host and was told they were sorry it was going to be a little while longer. Because people were lingering at their tables. We sat down an hour later than our reservation. It wasn't until I asked that we were made aware of what the delay was. Even though we were standing right in front of the house station, they never said a word to us. They brought us a small glass of sparkling wine to thank us for our patience. They kept apologizing, but that really didn't make up for the lack of communication and the outrageously long wait. I felt like they could've done more to make up for this. Such a disappointing experience.

Wonderful! Delicious! The staff was so kind and wonderful as we celebrated my parents' 63rd wedding anniversary. Thank you!

What can I say. You just can’t beat Izzy’s Ruben and potato cake, and those pickles. The service was amazing and the place was clean as a pin. I can’t wait for the Monroe Location to open.

I wish there were more locations as I live further away from this one now but worth it every time.

The new Izzy's is too expensive and the food is okay. The old Izzy's was far better value - excellent food, 2 sides were included, great service. I had to try the new Izzy's but I won't be going back.

We went based on Izzy's top ranking for steak and looked forward to a special steak meal with dear friends. Izzy's service was amazing, drinks, sides, beef bourginon were great but compared to other top steak houses we were let down. The ribeye was not as thick as expected and not the quality of beef as expected. No steaks were offered with bone in.

I love Izzy's, sandwiches are made fresh, and the dessert are delicious also.

Live Izzy's. Always been a favorite and after not going for a few years it was good to see they still serve a great steak in a friendly atmosphere

Izzies chef removed two menu items that are really the main reasons I go there. They no longer serve mussels and the marinated skirt steak. They also reduced the portion sizes on the sides. Sad to see these changes. Probably won't be going back

Izzy's potatoes and creamed spinach were dry and not like they were previously. Heating in the small dish really dried them out. SO disappointing

If you want do a special occasion and this restaurant, please skip this place by far the slowest service and the most unimpressive presentation by far. Over an hour and a half wait for our main course. Server brought the bill along with the birthday cake and literally set them side-by-side. Beyond disappointed.
