Idk what’s been going on with j gumbos but the rice was over cooked or not all the way cooked it was hard. Couldn’t even eat it . I didnt Notice it until i got Home 22 dollars wasted. . Sucks i was Fasting for 2 months and wanted too treat myself .extremely disappointed.

Great food with good portions and good prices! You can actually eat here under $10 and walk away full. I did mix mine before taking the picture, but I ordered the honey Sriracha chicken with shredded cheese and sour cream on top.

I normally always go to the location on ludlow in Cincinnati which is much better service. I went to this location over the weekend because I was craving j gumbo and the other location didn’t open until 5. The brown rice in both of the bowls I had got was very undercooked, basically un edible. I got the food to go so I didn’t realize until I got home. This location is also more expensive than the one on ludlow in Cincinnati, just an fyi. The ludlow j gumbo is the best and better price on everything as well!

They are now putting hot dogs in their gumbo instead of sausage and like zero chicken. This location is nothing like is use to be.

I flew in from Dallas. Brother bought this rice, smoked sausage and I think chicken w sliced peppers. The flavor was not good and the rice was hard and dry, meat was spongy like it was soaked. Not a gumbo to me. Not tasty at all.
