First, I have to tell you the two gentlemen employees are excellent. I am glad to see that they stayed on with Jason’s. But when we entered, we were totally shocked at the atmosphere totally not what we expected. We have been going to Jason‘s deli for numerous years started out in Scottsdale, Arizona, and was delighted to find out there was one here in Cincinnati (at the prior location) but when we enter today, we were in total shock . They literally had eight small tables. Salad bar was gone, and the ice cream machine was gone. They take away these items, but yet they raise their price. I hate to say that will be our last time visiting This location. I really hope it’s just a temporary location because it went from a naturally lighted and nice size deli to a dark and gloomy tiny room with 8 tables. Very disappointed.

I ordered a custom salad through UberEats. The salad was pretty good but didn't include all the items I requested. I also ordered chips and salsa. The portion was pretty skimpy for $4.59.

I wish I could give this 3.5 stars. I have been to two other Jason Deli locations and was shocked at this one. It’s small, dark, and the front area reeks of chemicals from the salon next door. But our food was good for the price and it came out quickly.

Used to love Jason’s Deli. The new location is small and dark, and it’s clear most of their business is carry out. Still, the staff that helped me were nice. Food quality was good, but this place is nothing like their previous location. The price is higher and everything else is just not what I was expecting. I would order carry out but would likely not dine in again..

Love Jason’s deli but our bottom buns on our quarter muffulettas were soggy and one of our chips was the wrong kind. Do plan on coming back but will probably get another kind of sandwich.

First visit to a Jason's Deli and we were REALLY impressed. Basically priced the same as the competition in this space, but Jason's Deli blows the others out of the water. The quality is better than the other places even in their hay day. The first thing I laid my eyes on was their ham and it instantly reminded me of the off the bone ham we buy from our Amish friends. Everything we had was excellent, and that even includes the kid's pizza that our boys insisted on having instead of a sandwich. This visit included a spicy sicilian, caprese sandwich with salmon added to it, build-your-own ham sandwich, the pizza that the boys split, and cookies and brownies for dessert. I felt like we got a broad sampling of everything on the menu and we left talking about the next time we're going to visit. I have to keep pounding on the quality. Meats, breads, cheeses, veggies, desserts... everything was excellent. When we first heard of the Jason's Deli chain, a very high bar was set based on everything we were told. This location delivered 100%. You can have Jason's Deli or an inferior sandwich from anywhere else for the same price. This is where you want to go.
