The food comes to order and its usually pretty fast the workers there regardless of the time you go they are polite and you dont hear cursing arguing gossip dont smell No cigars or cigarettes they help you and its clean inside.

I walked in the cashier was on the phone the whole 5 minutes I was standing their didn’t even look up say I will be with you in a minute nothing the manager or another employee came over this was my first time here and the last time I didn’t like that at all

I kept raving to my mom about this place for years and finally had a chance to take her. Boy, was I shocked. I didn’t know they had moved and had done away with all of the fun Jason’s Deli stuff I remember (salad bar, huge space, ice cream machine, etc.). The new space is next door to a liquor store, and there were tiny liquor bottles & cigarette butts in front of Jason’s (as well as in their vestibule). The food was ok, but my mom didn’t like her soup at all. Interior was dark and small. The staff could not have been nicer, which was the only saving grace.

For the price...you can't beat it. It's like 8-12 dollars for a sandwich combo with chips - and the sandwiches are great. Also there's free ice cream which is a great perk.You don't really come here for the atmosphere lolParking can kind of be a pain...

The worker at the cash register had an earbud in, taking a personal phone call, talking aloud to her earbud as I tried to order. In the middle of my order, she said “who you calling a snitch?” I said excuse me and she just pointed to her earbud and continued to have a personal conversation out loud.

Cincinnati location: The food was good...but the service and the attitude of the staff was horrible. She couldn't give us a price for a sandwich and salad bar....she rang it up wrong charging us $40 and then only gave us one plate and I had to pay another $10 for my husband's salad. We asked another worker about the plates and they wouldn't even look at me, she pointed and said "over there."The bathrooms were disgusting and filthy and when I told her she walked away.

The food is decent but the location in Oakley has TERRIBLE service. The restaurant charges .94 cents extra to dine in. However when you ask the workers walking around for anything, a to go box for instance, they tell you to come to the counter to get it. Lolol Instead of just bringing the extra things you need to you. It’s a mess often. The ladies bathroom sink hardly gives you any water to wash your hands. I’ve been to this location several times and every time, I experience very poor service. The workers don’t seem to want to serve. They just stare at you when you ask for anything. Decent food. Terrible service.
