We had a wonderful birthday experience at Jeff Ruby. The food was amazing and the service was top notch. Our waiter (Anthony K) went above and beyond to make sure we had a great night!
Underwhelming. Overpriced compared to quality. Filet was standard, nothing special about it for price. Sides were ordinary. Expected impeccable service for price of restaurant but found it to be on par with other casual restaurants. Kids burger was terrible quality of meat. For the price, much better restaurants in the Cincinnati area
Another outstanding dinner at Ruby‘s downtown Cincinnati... Our servers, Jordan and Lupe were on top of their game. They were very attentive, but not intrusive. Steaks were grilled to perfect temperature - including my wife's medium rare + order! We were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. The hostess and both of our servers congratulated us several times. The custom printed anniversary congratulations on our menu was an awesome gesture . All around an excellent meal,...
