I don't think that the person making the sandwich should wipe the counter and proceed to fix the sandwich with the same gloves on, This is unsanitary and it has happened the last two times I was there,Mgmt do a better job in training your staff or next time I will leave the sandwich there
After having a bad experience with a Jersey Mike's near me, it made me reflect on the fact that I have never left a review for your restaurant and for that I apologize because you were the ones who set the bar so high for my expectations on how a Jersey Mike's experience should be. Your establishment was the first Jersey Mike's I had ever eaten, and the ONLY Jersey Mike's I have had in Cincinnati. This is where my love for Jersey Mike's food was born....
I’ve had nothing but great experiences here every time I get food it’s on point if something was wrong, they will fix it immediately. Sometimes the staff does get overwhelmed, but that’s life.
