Purchased 3 sandwiches last night… by the time I got home the sandwiches were completely saturated & soggy, the bread was absolute mush. We had to use sliced bread from home to salvage any type of sandwich. Some of the staff had a pretty bad attitude, some were nice. Overall Jersey Mikes is way too expensive to have to go home & use sliced bread just to make it edible.

Last 3 times here have been a joke. They don't pay attention to the order. They just make the sandwich however they want. Don't bother ordering ahead of time because it will either be not ready or the order wrong. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE

Online ordering needs help. Unorganized and 20 minutes after the time they said it would be ready. When I got home, wrong sandwich. Very disappointing.

This location always seems to mess my sandwich up never have I ever asked for mayo on any sandwich it’s nasty sure got a lot of it they just throw things together and call it a day. So sloppy the bottom bun is soggy. Complete mess. I would recommend driving out of your way to a better location. And the manager owner who never working out of uniform slamming sandwiches down not a place I’m giving my money to anymore. This location makes the Jersey mikes brand look terrible I advise corporate step in here.
Don’t bother placing an online order. It will not save you time like you think it should. I placed my order at 12:15 with a pickup time of 12:30. Arrived at 12:30 and it wasn’t ready. Didn’t get my order until 12:50. The ten people waiting to go through the line to get their orders made in store had their orders made and were out the door before any of the pickup orders were taken care of. So if you’re thinking that you’re going to save yourself time and be able to run in and grab your order, don’t bother. There’s no urgency or priority. You might as well just wait in the line because they are taking care of those people before they get to your orders.

Unfortunately I had my first bad experience at this location. Been going here for a very long time. They were out of Root beer,out of peppers for my sub, the rewards app.not working. The #16 Sub was not good, it was a little chicken and bread. I didn't recognize any of the works new crew?
