This was my first time going to this location. Once I walk through the door the music was so loud I thought I was at a club.The 1st young lady ask me what did I want I told her gaint Italian sandwich with extra meat and then she ask me something else but I couldn't hear her because of the music. And then this other young lady I believe was the so called manager was asking me different things but again the music was so high I couldn't hear her.Before I was getting ready to cash out I ask her what about the Italian dressing she stated to me in this tone!!I ASK YOU AND YOU SAID NO. Remember the music was so.... damn high I didn't hear her.I said this is my first and last time I will be here. The moral to this story where in the hell our they getting these people. There is no more customer service this has become so dag on sicking!!! Really......Damn it's going to be alot more restaurants closing. Oh by the way she had blue hair.!!! REALLY!!! I normally don't do this but enough is a enough!!

Ordered a turkey sub online with mayo on the side. Ordered to go. When we arrived home didcovered order all messed up. Had to. Eat a ham sub slathered in mayo for 22 for two subs. How can you get this simple order this wrong?. I hate ham specifically. So disappointing and expensive

The submarine sandwiches from this Jersey Mike's location are always delicious, made with slightly-crusty bread and freshly-sliced meat, cheese, and vegetables. Service is typically excellent, and food is almost always made as ordered.
This location currently lacks any dine in seating, however. I understand, given the limited space and heavy take out traffic, why they were removed, but I miss being able to stop in for a quick bite before shopping.

Team making sandwiches refused to help walk in customers. They were making only online orders and not helping anyone walking in, regardless of when the online order came in, even if the pick up time is 20+ minutes away. When I asked about this, they were very rude.
I would recommend any other location that doesn't have rude workers with abhorrent customer service
