I’m sorry but the kids they have working here do not follow simple orders. My order is always incorrect and it’s just this location. Please management consider retraining these individuals at this location and make sure they are competent enough to read orders and execute them how the paying customer wants. And do check ups, any time I ever go it’s children and nothing more.

Orders are ready 30 minutes after one is told they’ll be ready. Hire more people. Don’t tell me you can’t find people. Offer a wage that people will actually work for. Raise your prices 10-20% so you can actually staff the store with enough people.

So this is the second time I ordered off of the online app and they messed up my order I called to speak to a manager they hung up on me so I called from my place of employment the answer the manager act like he didn't care about them messing up my food he had a nasty attitude I know he Young because of the way he sound that store is trash I'm pretty sure they had other complaints now if I come up there and flip out I'm going to be wrong

Well I got a salad from here and it was absolutely amazing. Turkey and provolone the customer service was great. The two young women that were working the register were absolutely fascinating and very pleasant and courteous impatient. Thank you very much, I appreciate it that for today and my lunch was amazing!
