horrible food compared to other jersey mikes i’ve been to, almost ruined it for me. the steak and bread is disgusting.

Ordered the grilled portabella mushroom & swiss online for pick up! It used to be a great vegetarian option. But mine came with lots of steak today!
Called the store just to give them a heads up (the sandwich was good, just was not expecting the meat). The guy that picked up said they don’t sell the grilled portabella mushroom & swiss sub anymore and that they need to remove it off their online ordering option? It seemed like I wasn’t the only one who called about it recently, he went right into his “I will relay your concerns to the manager” spiel before I got the chance to say I liked it. Oh well.
Just a heads up for anyone else who was wanting a grilled portabella mushroom & swiss, haha! You might not get it at this location!
Met the franchise owner and he took excellent care of me. Staff was friendly also!

One of my favorites
The last two times there I was told no white bread at all. They had 3 more hours of operation. That’s two separate times. The young lady who manages in the evening is rude and never smiles. I love the food but I walked out this time and went to your competitor. The owner needs to change up the leadership there.
They have changed the chicken and their american cheese. The big chauna chicken even the regular used to be really good. Now I will never get this sandwich again. I'm going to try the steak to see if any changes. Beware it's just meat on bread with no FLARE! I pray they go back. I loved their hot dubs more than penn stations!
Hands down some of the best customer service in the area.
