Needs to be shut down my health department, last time I was here reeked of weed on the inside and outside of the store, very slowly, sassy and rude. The store was also very sticky and didn't look like it had been cleaned in a week. Avoid this location

Forgot to ask for my sub MIKE'S WAY. Asked to have it added on as I was paying. From the glare the woman shot me, you would have thought I asked for her firstborn. Maybe focus on your customer service skills and wearing stretch pants that aren't 2 sizes too small for that body. Those threads were screaming for relief and doing their best to keep them pants together! Nasty look for someone making food. Thanks to the man who helped me without issue.

I am not one to complain, I must say if you can then please visit another location. This one is closest to me and it is a consistent disappointment. I give it a 1 star because between incorrect orders and having to convince the workers to remake food they incorrectly make, it is a waste of money.

I just recently moved to the area. Logan and Jay are absolutely amazing. Each time I go in there, they are, 100 percent, the most professional young adults I have came across in recent times. They always upsell. As a sales manager, I love to see and hear that. They get me for a brownie every time. Always makes me laugh.Kudos to these young men. Give them raise.

After having an awful experience at the Finneytown location, I drove here to get safe food. The workers were at their station, ready to help when I walked in the door. I advised that I have a gluten allergy, and they immediately wiped down their already clean surface to ensure the sandwich would be safe. Great service and great food! I will continue to visit this location!
