I just recently moved to the area. Logan and Jay are absolutely amazing. Each time I go in there, they are, 100 percent, the most professional young adults I have came across in recent times. They always upsell. As a sales manager, I love to see and hear that. They get me for a brownie every time. Always makes me laugh.Kudos to these young men. Give them raise.

After having an awful experience at the Finneytown location, I drove here to get safe food. The workers were at their station, ready to help when I walked in the door. I advised that I have a gluten allergy, and they immediately wiped down their already clean surface to ensure the sandwich would be safe. Great service and great food! I will continue to visit this location!

Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free bread and precautions followed to prevent cross contamination.

Parking: It's very hard to get into this location if you are going east on Kenwood due to the median in the middle of Kenwood Rd. I had to go up to the light at the on-ramp to I71 south, go into the Kenwood Plaza, turn around in the lot to go west on Kenwood Rd & turn into the strip mall lot where Jersey Mike's is at. There's parking, but 5-6 businesses are sharing this narrow lot.
