Ordered the grilled portabella mushroom & swiss online for pick up! It used to be a great vegetarian option. But mine came with lots of steak today!

Called the store just to give them a heads up (the sandwich was good, just was not expecting the meat). The guy that picked up said they don’t sell the grilled portabella mushroom & swiss sub anymore and that they need to remove it off their online ordering option? It seemed like I wasn’t the only one...

I just recently moved to the area. Logan and Jay are absolutely amazing. Each time I go in there, they are, 100 percent, the most professional young adults I have came across in recent times. They always upsell. As a sales manager, I love to see and hear that. They get me for a brownie every time. Always makes me laugh.Kudos to these young men. Give them raise.

After having an awful experience at the Finneytown location, I drove here to get safe food. The workers were at their station, ready to help when I walked in the door. I advised that I have a gluten allergy, and they immediately wiped down their already clean surface to ensure the sandwich would be safe. Great service and great food! I will continue to visit this location!

Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free bread and precautions followed to prevent cross contamination.
