I absolutely love Jersey Mike's. It's my favorite sandwich shop. The problem with the Xavier campus Jersey Mike's is there unholy, God, forsaken, stupid, worst designed ordering system I have ever seen. Traditionally Jersey Mike's has you order with the people who are making it sandwich. Which is good. There's no room for error. Here they have you order on iPads and out of three times. I've been to this location every single time. I have messed it up. Some of the beauty of Jersey Mike's is he was able to ask for a little extra with very little extra charge here. You can't do that because everything is automated. You also cannot use Jersey Mike's points here. If you're a patron of this restaurant like me, this is critical as you can. Wish your points and your free sandwiches goodbye. I feel terrible when I mess up my order. If it wasn't for the location being right next to where I live I would not be going here anymore. In fact, I wouldn't recommend anyone going here unless they are a student without a vehicle or just want something to eat and don't care. The points are enough for me to go to my location outside of campus, and the fact that I'll know get my order right with the personal service that is Jersey Mike's specialty is a plus. I waited almost a year to get the sandwich shop I've always wanted and now I'm just disappointed!

First, a great shout out to Jersey Mikes. I’m a nurse at a nearby hospital. In the middle of the Coronavirus Pandemic we were struggling with COVID patients and somebody said “Jersey Mikes dropped off a huge pile of subs in the break room”. Thank you sooooo much!!!! So, we stopped by on a cold Friday afternoon in May to re-pay the favor. I had a ham one at the hospital and it was awesome. I don’t like mayonnaise or dressings, but they have the own special vinegar and (?) and it was great. Had a turkey #7 this time without seasonings because my wife got it and got the full one. Way too much food (enough for 2 meals!). Really good experience both times. All the meat is fresh sliced. Thanks again, loved the sandwiches. Take out or delivery only when this was written.
